Moonstone is often known as the "stone of new beginnings." It can help massively with calming emotions and promotes intuition and empathy.

During the full moon, it helps to encourage lucid dreaming. 

Placement: Place on the appropriate body part (i.e., the forehead for spiritual experiences, or the solar plexus or heart for emotional aide).
