Super 7 is made up of 7 different crystals (though not all are visible and are just small particles): Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Smoky Quartz, Cacoxenite, Rutile, Goethite, and Lepidocrocite. 

It helps you to learn from past mistakes and experiences and can offer knowledge to answer lifelong questions.
